Settlement currency
All prices on the site and in the portal are in Russian roubles (RUB) and include applicable taxes. One licence costs 10,000 ₽ for 1 month, 27,000 ₽ for 3 months, 48,000 ₽ for 6 months and 84,000 ₽ for 12 months. The Licensor uses a special tax regime and does not charge VAT. The final amount is shown before the payment is confirmed.
Payment methods
Payment is cashless and starts from the billing page in the portal. Payment details are entered on the provider’s secure page; card data never reaches or is stored by the Licensor. The available methods are shown in the portal and depend on provider connection status.

Payment security
The site and the payment page use TLS. Payment processing is performed by a provider compliant with international payment-system requirements. The result is confirmed by the provider notification and recorded in the portal operation history.
Delivery time and form
Access is delivered electronically: the license appears in the portal, and the operator installs and activates the software on the customer’s dedicated Windows server. The customer manages work through the web portal. Server hosting is agreed and paid for separately. Standard timing is immediately after payment confirmation and no later than one business day. No physical media are shipped and no delivery is charged.
Payment documents
The provider’s electronic receipt sent to the stated email address and the portal operation history confirm payment. Additional documents are available on request at support@projectghost.ru.
If the payment fails
If the bank declines, the session expires or the provider errors, funds are not captured or are released by the bank under its own rules. If money was debited but access was not activated, email support@projectghost.ru with the date, amount and payment identifier; the case is reviewed within 3 business days.
