Data we process
The site processes the contact data you send us yourself. The portal processes the email address, account and organization identifiers, license and machine records, payment operation history, sign-in and action logs, IP address and device or browser information. The Desktop application keeps projects, profiles, logs and browser state locally on the operator device and does not send them to us.

Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer requests, conclude and perform the licence agreement, provide portal and licence access, protect accounts, issue and confirm payments, offer support, investigate failures or abuse, and comply with law. The bases are contract performance, consent, legitimate interest and statutory obligations.
Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is never sold or shared for advertising. A limited scope is shared with processors: the email provider that delivers service messages and payment providers that execute settlements. Each processor receives only the minimum required for that operation. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and is not transferred across borders.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for the selected theme, language and portal session. No advertising or cross-border analytics trackers are installed. Disabling necessary cookies can make portal sign-in impossible.
Retention
Account data is kept while access is active and for 12 months afterwards. Security and audit logs are kept for up to 12 months. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. After that data is deleted or anonymised.
VLM and screenshots
VLM screenshot transfer stays disabled without explicit consent. Input fields and private regions are masked before transmission, and the request is limited to identifying an action.
Storage and protection
Desktop secrets use operating-system protection. Server sessions are opaque, sensitive command fields are encrypted, and administrative actions are audited. Retention depends on data type and agreement.
Data subject rights
You may request information about processing, ask for correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. Send the request to support@projectghost.ru from the address registered in the portal; it is handled within 30 calendar days. Individual records may be retained where law requires it or where retention is needed to defend the operator’s rights.
Policy changes
The current version is always published at this address. Material changes are additionally communicated to portal users by email.
