Nature of the payment
The payment buys a simple (non-exclusive) licence to a computer program delivered electronically, not a physical good. The distance-selling right to return a conforming physical product does not apply to a software licence. The obligation is fulfilled when the licence key and portal access are provided.
When a refund is issued
A full refund is issued if access was not provided through the Licensor’s fault, if a payment was duplicated or charged in error, or if the Software is inoperable on a supported system for a reason attributable to the Licensor and the defect is not fixed within 10 business days of the report.

When a refund is not issued
No refund is issued when the licence was delivered and works and the reason is a change of plans, an unsupported environment, absence of an expected commercial result, restrictions imposed by search engines or websites, Licensee activity breaching the acceptable use policy, or termination caused by such a breach.
Partial refund
For licences longer than one month, early termination by mutual agreement allows a refund pro rata for each unused full calendar month, less costs already incurred by the Licensor, including payment-system fees.
How to apply
Email support@projectghost.ru from the address registered in the portal. State the payment date and amount, the operation identifier, the plan name and the reason. The request is reviewed within 10 calendar days.
Refund timing and method
If approved, funds are returned by the original payment method and to the original details within 10 business days of the decision. Actual crediting time depends on the bank or payment system. Cash refunds and refunds to third-party details are not made.
Dispute resolution
Disputes follow a pre-court claim procedure with a 30 calendar day response window. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the Licensor’s place of registration under the law of the Russian Federation.
